Shipping Instruction

Step 01: Trim & Prepare

◦Trim ½" to 1" off the bottom of each stem at a diagonal using sharp scissors. Pat the stems dry.
◦Remove any special attachments from the bouquet, such as ribbons, family heirlooms, or personal items.

Step 02: Wrap the Bouquet

◦ Loosely wrap the bouquet in tissue paper or packing paper—just like how flowers are wrapped at a grocery store.
◦ Do not use plastic, bubble wrap, or wet paper towels—these can cause the bouquet to mold.

Step 03: Pack the Box

◦ Line the bottom of a sturdy box with crumpled tissue or packing paper.
◦ Place the wrapped bouquet in the center of the box.
◦ Fill the remaining space with more crumpled paper to prevent the bouquet from shifting during transit.

Step 04: Seal & Label

◦ Seal the box securely with packing tape.
◦ Apply a “FRAGILE” sticker to the box.
◦ Clearly label the box with:
• Full name the order was placed under
• Order number
• A callback phone number

Step 05: Ship Promptly

◦ Ship your bouquet overnight within 24–48 hours after your event.
✿  DHL, Sendle and FedEx are preferred carriers, as they offer weekend services.
