Refund policy

Dream Atelier will exchange any goods that have been found to be faulty, damaged, or defective on delivery, please contact Dream Atelier at dreamatelier@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product to initiate request for a replacement product. 

Total value of the exchange will equal the cost of the goods purchased excluding freight and any other relevant fees. 

Please note that you are required to notify Dream Atelier of any fault in the goods within 5 business days of the fault occurring.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
At Dream Atelier everything is handmade and products cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
